Quotla provides quote generation, invoice management, inventory tracking, and business management tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree not to:

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

Quotla and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Quotla and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our service.

Quotla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
